I just wanted to do something fun and different from what I normally do so this is what I came up with.

WHAT I USED:

Nail Life Nail Revitalizer base coat

CG Liquid Leather on thumb and ring fingers - 2 coats

LA Colors lime green from LA Colors

      Intense 4 pack nail collection on other fingers

green rhinestones and green holographic hexagons

SV top coat

Is it just me or does everyone have such a hard time with stupid Facebook?  All I wanted to do was set up a FB page for my blog and I now want to rip all my hair out.  Forget it!  Y'all are just gonna have to love me on blogger.

So I am feeling lot better considering my swollen face and sore mouth. So much better, in fact, that I bought myself a big haul of polish. I will definitely make sure that I swatch them all this week.  Later everyone!

Toothless Manicure...lol

I know the name is super funny, but I had a tooth pulled yesterday and I am in a little pain and my face is swollen.  All I can do is lay up on the couch and watch TV so what better way to pass some time than to give myself a pretty summer mani.

Water Marble Wednesday

So I know today is technically Pink Wednesday, however I do NOT wear pink and so that day does not exist for me.  Hence the title "Water Marble Wednesday".  Now don't freak out yet because my sister is coming to stay the night with me and her favorite color is pink and she did agree to let me do her nails before she leaves for Vegas.  And I will totally post pics of her nails as well, but for now just enjoy the pics below of some cool color combos for Summer 2011 and some unique designs.

These are all mattified with Essie Matte About You.

The two on the right got some air bubbles and then I also dropped one and it stuck to the table (lol) so it looks a little janky.

I didn't do a color base coat on any of them but if I had, the color would stand out much more so that is always an option when doing water marbling for yourselves.
